    Summary

Good evening and a warm welcome to the UK's most northerly snooker venue. The Premier League stops off tonight in the Granite city, Aberdeen.

Two mouthwatering matches in prospect. O'Sullivan v Murphy, both looking to set the record right after disappointing Grand Prix Results. And the ultimate Tartan tussle as World Champion and former seven times World Champion, Higgins and Hendry, lock horns.

First up is O'Sullivan v Murphy. Murphy missed a long red, O'Sullivan cleared up with a century, simple game! No major fireworks in frame two, but O'Sullivan dominates it. It's one way traffic as Murphy sits out another frame.. At last murphy stops the rot and is still in with a chance of salvaging a draw. An error strewn frame but Murphy takes it and can still force a draw. Ronnie smacks in 75 to take the match, the points and £5,000 for his evening's work.

Stand by for the Scottish clash... A very scrappy opener is grabbed by Hendry on the black. A little bit of vintage Hendry as he takes the frame with a run of 76. Higgins bounces back with an excellent 92. Parity restored, another good break by Higgins. Unlucky for Hendry, two in offs gave Higgins the chance to pounce. Hendry makes 64 to take the last and earn a draw. Honours even in Scotland.
