Selby Goes Top of Premier League
World champion, Neil Robertson opened his Premier League account but was held to a three-all draw by Mark Williams, whilst Mark Selby went top of the league with a five-frames-to-one thumping of Marco Fu in Inverness.

Selby and Fu were first up and the Leicester-man made a blistering start making a break of 90 to take the opening frame.
Hong Kong’s Fu retaliated with a frame winning break of his own to level at one apiece.
Breaks of 54 and 64 gave Selby the next two and ensure at least a point.
A superb 131 clearance followed in frame five and although an attempt to make back-to-back centuries in the next broke down on 90, the Masters champion sealed a convincing win which hoisted him six places to the top of the league.
Robertson and Williams struggled in the early stages to follow the standard set by Selby. The pair shared the first two frames without either playing getting out of first gear.
A break of 70 in the third gave the Welshman a slim advantage which was wiped out when the Aussie made a frame clinching 55 in the next.
Two-time world champion, Williams moved ahead for a third time in the fifth, earning a thousand bonus for a superb 105 break.
A four-frames-to-two win would have put Williams above Selby, but Robertson was having none of it and pegged his one frame deficit for a third time and share the points.
The World number one remains at the foot of the league but does have games in hand.
Next week, play moves to Banbury in Oxfordshire where Robertson will face Ding Junhui and Williams takes on Fu.
