Pros face tough Wildcards in Shanghai
Seven of the qualifiers including Graeme Dott and Ken Doherty have to face Wildcard Players in the Shanghai Masters

Ken Doherty and Graeme Dott, who came through their qualifying matches at Pontin's now face equally hard matches when the event resumes in Shanghai on 7 September.
Doherty has been matched against Aditya Mehta from India.
Mehta played a debut season on the WSA Main Tour in 2008-9 but narrowly failed to retain his place. He is currently competing on the PIOS series and recently won the All India Open event.
Likewise Graeme Dott could have hoped for an easier opening match in China than to face Mohammed Shehab from UAE.

Shehab has also competed at professional level. The Abu Dhabi policeman recently won the Bronze Medal at the World Games and took 3rd place in the 2007 IBSF World Championship in Thailand, beating Bjorn Haneveer in the play-off.
Nigel Bond faces a regular Chinese wildcard Yu Delu. In the 2009 China Open in Beijing, Yu Delu beat Rod Lawler 5-3 at the same stage.
Li Yan, another promising Chinese teenager, who was a semi finalist in the IBSF World Under 21 Championship earlier this month, provides the opposition for Gerard Greene.
Tian Pengfei, who was one the Main Tour in 2007-8, plays Andrew Higginson. Pengfei will be eager to re-establish his reputation. Because of Visa problems, he's missed out on the first two PIOS events this season.
Pengfei handed out a 5-1 defeat to David Gray at the China Open earlier this year.
